Sean "Diddy" Combs is facing fresh allegations of sexual assault, this time from a male photographer who claims the music mogul used his industry power to coerce him into a non-consensual sexual act on the set of a commercial shoot between 2022 and 2023. The photographer, whose name remains anonymous in the lawsuit, alleges he was manipulated into entering Combs' trailer under the guise of a career opportunity, only to be subjected to sexual abuse.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, accuses Combs of sexual battery, emotional distress, and coercion. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ and independently verified by other entertainment outlets, the plaintiff claims that once inside the trailer, Combs made sexual advances and unzipped his pants, stating: "If you suck right I'll make your career take off." The photographer alleges the threat implied that his professional future hinged on compliance.

The plaintiff, who identifies as a heterosexual male, alleges that under duress, he performed oral sex on Combs. After the act, the lawsuit states that Combs demanded the plaintiff hold Diddy's semen in his mouth "like a squirrel." When the photographer refused, he claims Combs threatened him with physical violence and ordered him out of the trailer.

He returned to the set "grappling not only with the trauma of the situation, but with the knowledge that he had Combs' semen on and inside of his body," the lawsuit states.

The plaintiff alleges the incident caused "immeasurable emotional and mental pain and trauma" and notes that Combs never contacted him again after the event. The lawsuit seeks damages for sexual battery and the resulting psychological harm.

Combs' legal team issued a statement denying the allegations, calling the claim baseless and the result of a litigious environment. "No matter how many lawsuits are filed-especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims-it won't change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone-man or woman, adult or minor," the statement reads.

They added: "We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court."

This lawsuit follows a series of other high-profile accusations against the 54-year-old rapper and business mogul. In February, a former member of Da Band, Sara Rivers, filed a similar suit, to which Combs' legal representatives responded with nearly identical language, again asserting that Combs had never committed sexual assault or trafficking.

The growing list of civil suits comes ahead of Combs' criminal trial on sex trafficking charges, scheduled to begin May 5. The cumulative legal pressure has intensified scrutiny on the artist, who once reigned as a cultural and business icon in the hip-hop and fashion industries.

While Combs has not been criminally charged in connection with the photographer's claim, the nature and timing of the allegations could further complicate his defense in the upcoming federal case. His attorneys have maintained that the increasing number of lawsuits reflects a coordinated attempt to exploit his fame and wealth rather than legitimate grievances.
