Kanye West confirmed in a newly released track that his wife, Bianca Censori, has left him, citing emotional distress caused by his increasingly erratic behavior and social media rants. In the song, titled "BIANCA," the rapper claims that Censori suffered a "panic attack" due to his actions and that she "ran away" after attempting to have him committed.

"My baby she ran away / But first she tried to get me committed," West raps in the track released Thursday as part of his new album WW3. The rapper also suggests he refuses psychiatric care, stating, "Not going to the hospital 'cause I am not sick I just do not get it."

West, 47, says he has been tracking Censori's movements through his Maybach app. "I'm tracking my b-h through an app / I'm tracking my b-h through the city," he raps. "She hop in the car and she ran / My b-h just don't understand / Sometimes it just feel like it's planned."

The Grammy-winning artist further alleges that Censori's family is complicit in their separation. "They want me to go on retreat / They want me to run and meet," he says. He draws a parallel between his relationship and the former partnership of Sean "Diddy" Combs and Cassie Ventura: "I guess we the new Cassie and Diddy."

West's lyrics reference a recent controversy surrounding Combs, who apologized in May after a video surfaced of him assaulting Ventura in 2016. The video corroborated parts of Ventura's previously settled lawsuit accusing Combs of abuse. The music mogul now faces federal sex trafficking charges and has denied wrongdoing.

In the song's final lines, West pleads for reconciliation: "Bianca, I just want you to come back / Come back to me / I know what I did to make you mad."

West and Censori, who reportedly married in 2022, have faced public scrutiny in recent months. Their relationship drew further attention when Censori appeared in a revealing see-through dress at the 2025 Grammys, which West allegedly designed himself. According to sources, their relationship unraveled soon after, with Censori expressing the desire to leave.

"She's having a panic attack and she is not liking the way that I tweeted," West admits in the lyrics. A source previously told Page Six that "Kanye controls so many aspects of her life," and noted Censori had "had enough" by February.

Although the couple was rumored to be reconciling later that month, they have not been seen together in public since.

The track's release comes amid growing backlash against West's inflammatory posts on X (formerly Twitter), where he has made a series of antisemitic statements. Among them, West has posted, "Hitler was sooooo fresh," and "I'm a Nazi," before withdrawing previous apologies to the Jewish community. "Im never apologizing for my Jewish comments," he wrote. "I can say whatever the f-k I wanna say forever."

Earlier this week, West appeared in a black Ku Klux Klan outfit during an interview with DJ Akademiks, adding to the mounting criticism.

On another song from WW3, West acknowledges past behavior, including "Twitter rants" that targeted former wife Kim Kardashian, JAY-Z, Beyoncé, and Elon Musk. The Tesla CEO previously restricted West's account following a string of such posts.

Censori, 30, has not commented publicly on the new song or the state of their relationship.
