Sean "Diddy" Combs faces a total of five federal criminal charges following the filing of a third superseding indictment on Friday in Manhattan, expanding an ongoing sex trafficking case against the music mogul.

The updated indictment includes charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. It adds two additional counts, bringing the total to five. Federal prosecutors say the new counts relate to a second alleged victim, identified in court documents as Victim-2.

Prosecutors from the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan have accused Combs of running a two-decade racketeering conspiracy, allegedly using his entertainment businesses-including Bad Boy Entertainment-as a platform to sexually exploit women between 2004 and 2024.

The indictment alleges that Combs demanded "forced labor" from victims, including participation in events referred to as "freak offs," which prosecutors say involved recorded sexual acts with male sex workers who were sometimes transported across state lines.

Combs has pleaded not guilty to all charges. "The freak offs were consensual sexual activity," said Marc Agnifilo, Combs's attorney.

The new indictment does not introduce novel charges beyond the previously alleged conduct but expands the scope of the case and the potential sentence Combs could face if convicted. His trial is scheduled to begin May 5 in Manhattan federal court.
