A former porn actor who engaged in a shootout at one of President Trump's Florida properties in 2018 had signed a nondisclosure agreement with Sean "Diddy" Combs in exchange for $5 million, according to documents published Wednesday and a new report by the Daily Mail. The man, Jonathan Oddi, had previously claimed to police he was a "sex slave" for Combs and his former partner Cassie Ventura.

Oddi, 36, stormed the lobby of the Trump National Doral Golf Club in May 2018 while waving an American flag and ranting about then-President Trump before allegedly opening fire. Police shot him in the legs before placing him under arrest. During questioning, Oddi made a series of explosive allegations about his ties to the music mogul. "I had sex with Cassie [Ventura] and Sean [Combs]. Basically, he would masturbate and tell me what to do to Cassie. I was like a sex slave. For them, that's what I was," he told investigators.

A signed agreement reportedly dated 2014 and obtained by Daily Mail appears to show Oddi accepted a $5 million settlement in return for his silence. Oddi's ex-wife, attorney Tonia Troutwine, said the timeline aligned with their divorce and speculated about the source of the funds. "The date of that contract was around the same time as our divorce. I almost feel like he divorced me because he came to all this money and so I wouldn't claim it," Troutwine said.

Oddi went on to purchase five distressed properties in Miami-Dade County for a total of $765,000 within two months of finalizing the divorce, records show. All purchases were mortgage-free.

Oddi met Combs at a party on Miami Beach's Star Island, according to Troutwine, who claimed her then-husband became increasingly immersed in Combs' inner circle, including Ventura. "Diddy just has those radiating personalities, and I can tell that he really enjoyed the attention," she said. "Johnny would've played perfectly into that."

In the divorce filings, Oddi claimed a net worth of negative $1,800. Yet within weeks, he was on a documented spending spree.

Federal prosecutors allege in a superseding indictment filed in April that Combs forced multiple victims into drug-fueled sex acts known as "freak offs," sometimes lasting several days. Combs has pleaded not guilty and denies all allegations. Ventura's lawsuit, filed in November 2023, accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of drugging, raping, and abusing her over a ten-year period. She is expected to testify in Combs' trial next month.

In his police interview, Oddi alleged the NDA effectively silenced him. "My settlement put me in a box. Basically, I couldn't talk because I was going to be sued," he said. "They kept following me." The identity of "they" remains unclear.

"He's scared I will expose him," Oddi added.

The resurfacing of Oddi's claims and the NDA document come as Combs faces mounting legal pressure, including civil and criminal investigations. A jury is currently being selected in his Manhattan trial. Prosecutors say Combs filmed victims without their knowledge and subjected them to IV fluid treatment following prolonged sex and drug binges.
