Victoria Beckham is wrestling with growing concerns that her fractured relationship with son Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola Peltz could exclude her from the lives of future grandchildren, according to people close to the family.

The 51-year-old designer and former Spice Girl has privately confided that she worries her feud with the couple could sideline her once they start a family. Brooklyn, 26, and Nicola, 30, married in 2022 and are reported to have been trying to have a baby while spending the summer on Nicola's billionaire father Nelson Peltz's yacht in the Mediterranean.

"Victoria longs to be an involved grandmother, but she's deeply afraid that opportunity will never come," one source told RadarOnline.com. "Now she feels pushed aside, and the idea of being left out when they have a baby is breaking her heart."

Brooklyn has previously said he wants to start a family young, echoing the path of his father, David Beckham. "Obviously it's my wife's body, but I've always wanted to have a bunch of kids around," Brooklyn said shortly after the wedding. "My dad was young when he had me - he was 23 and I'm 23 now."

Friends told RadarOnline.com that the couple's attempts to conceive have not been easy. "They've been trying for a baby for a while, but it hasn't been easy. It's been an emotional journey they've chosen to keep quiet, and it's clearly taking a toll on them," another insider said.

Meanwhile, Nicola has leaned into maternal instincts online, launching an Instagram account for their four dogs under the handle @peltzbeckhambabies. "We made an account for our doggies," she told followers, posting photos of Birdie, Lamb, Label and Angel.

The family tensions have been underscored by Brooklyn and Nicola's absence from David Beckham's 50th birthday party in May. Reports suggested Brooklyn had even been blocked on social media by younger brothers Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 20. Victoria is said to be hoping they might attend Romeo's 23rd birthday in the Cotswolds but is bracing for disappointment.

"Victoria is yearning to have the whole family together for big occasions like birthdays," a third source said. "The thought that her eldest might stay away - and could one day stop her from being part of a grandchild's life - leaves her in tears."

Compounding the unease, Victoria is also reportedly alarmed by Brooklyn and Nicola's plans for a reality TV project. Heat World reported that she is "horrified" at the possibility of private family matters surfacing on screen. "Nicola and Brooklyn are going to be pushed to spill dirt on their show - that's how the genre works," one insider told the outlet. "There are plenty of skeletons in her and David's past that can be dredged up. The idea of it all being taken out of their hands is sickening."

The insider added that Victoria has "tried so hard to fix things, but Nicola is like a runaway train and Brooklyn is right there with her. It is truly heartbreaking ... the fear of what this show might bring just adds another horrible layer to their agony."
