President Donald Trump has arrived in the UK met with different reactions from two groups of people. While the UK government was cordial and warm, he was also followed there by protests stemming from how his administrations have handled key issues in the US. Specifically, protesters have been criticizing how trump has handled the deportation of illegal immigrants in the US-by separating parents from their children.

On the other side, according to CNN, Trump will be very busy in the following days. Accompanied by first lady Melania Trump and welcomed by British Prime Minister Theresa May, he will have an audience with the Queen, marking the beginning of a list of activities he aims to complete during his time in the British isles.

US president Donald Trump's schedule appears to already have been filled out.

On Friday, Trump will be companied by Prime Minister May on a defense site. Details have been scarce, but it is believed they will be witnessing 'a demonstration of the UK's cutting-edge military capabilities.' Trump will then head to Chequers for a bilateral talk between leaders, after which they'll head to Windsor Castle for an audience with the Queen. It will all be rounded up by a visit to Scotland, site of two Trump properties, the Trump Turnberry and the Trump Aberdeen.

There was news about Donald Trump's scathing comments concerning Brexit, but the White House contained the situation. In a statement, White House press secretary Sarah Sanders explained that Trump liked Sarah May and that the president never said any bad thing about her. The press secretary further stated Trump was grateful for the warm welcome he received from the UK government.

A key issue in the UK visit is a re-affirmation for the NATO of which the US was very committed, NY Times reported. Trump further reiterated confidence in the organization, saying that he believed in it.

The belief behind closed doors is to the contrary. While the US president allayed fears that he was against some of the organization's policies, some believe that his actions may speak louder than his words. His treatment of the alliance and some of his comments have stood contrary to what he had said.
