Google is bringing on some superlative upgrades and modifications in its Google Wear OS. The company announced its third update for the Wear operating system, which will revamp its interface segment completely. The update will be released sometime in the next month and will be available for all new Google wearables.

According to The Economic Times, Google has tweaked the user interface (UI) of all of its new wearable watches. Google's Director of Product Management Dennis Troper stated in a recent official blog post: "We're making it easier to browse, dismiss or take action on your notifications with the new notification stream. While noting regarding the essential changes which have been made, he added: "Swipe up to see all your notifications at once and swipe down to get quicker access to shortcuts like Google Pay or 'Find my phone. "

Troper further stated that Google will roll out the updates as a revamped version of "Wear OS" in mid-September. Speaking in brief, while swiping in right, users will get the access to Google a feed of information by Google Assistant which will convey important updates like calendar, appointments, package delivery tracking details (if any) alongside weather updates.

The Verge quoted that the second position, that is swiping in left, will bring users to the Google Fit interface. This part will hold two new rings for tracking one's health status. The primary ring will be of "move minutes" which will work as a tracker to one's walking and running activities, the secondary ring occupied by "heart points," which will track one's heartbeat and keep a careful track of his heart.

The third tweak is about swiping upwards which will show up notifications. The notifications will hold updates and mostly what one can see on his smartphone. Users would be able to make and accept calls through this interface as well. And finally, last but not the least, the swiping downwards will enable the users to access the settings panel of the device with quick shortcuts.

Regarding the Google Fit Interface of the new 'Wear OS,' Troper added: "We worked with the American Heart Association and the World Health Organisation to design these goals based on their physical activity recommendations which are shown to have health benefits for your heart and mind."

Other additional features in this update include firstly, 'long press on the watchface' which would enable users to change watchface. Secondly, 'short press on the main button' which would allow them to take see all the apps and lastly, 'long press the main button' which will invoke Google Assistant to ask voice questions.
