The Visions Update for “No Man’s Sky” is set to come out Nov. 22, another big update that should benefit gamers into the space exploration adventure game. The trailer for the update caused quite a stir with new content and goodies awaiting players.

Among the things to expect for the “No Man’s Sky” Visions update include new planets, biomes and more. Much of this was revealed in the patch notes, all of which were announced by Sean Murray on Twitter.

Aside from the new things that players will get to enjoy, new activities such as Archaeology should be something to look forward to. Gamers can get to explore and dig up some alien remains and artifacts – things that should be neat to add on one’s collection or for trade, Gaming Bolt said.

But for adventurers, exploring new worlds and the perils ahead should ramp up some new excitement. Extreme weather conditions should put “No Man’s Sky” players to the test, rewards of which await (in the form of Storm Crystals) for those who are able to get through it. And similar to discovered artifacts mentioned above, these, in turn, can be traded for a “small fortune” to reward a player for their troubles.

Aside from the governing weather conditions, “No Man’s Sky” players will have to deal with the different aliens and creatures that lie ahead. Expected to crop up from the different eerie landscapes, gamers will be tasked to find ways to deal with them, the worst scenario of which is engaging in battles.

The shared Community Research mission is another enhancement to look forward to. It allows players to share their progress and work towards a common goal. This should prove to be effective, particularly for environments where co-op is needed.

One adventure would be to unlock the new Eye of the Korvax helmet which could be hard to come by when embarked on solo. Other than that, new emotes, building parts and even fireworks are other things co-op players can look forward to.

While there seems to be a lot of new content and adventures that await “No Man’s Sky” players, fixes are also part of the latest patch. Some of the addressed problems include players earning a free freighter during tutorial and issues where players could advance without completing objectives at visited trade terminals.

Compared to past updates, the Visions update for “No Man’s Sky” is not as hefty, Kotaku said. Hello Games that this latest installment is the result of listening to the voices of their most passionate players although it remains to be seen as to how broad the improvements are for the ambitious space exploration game.
