With the 2020 Kia Soul scheduled to be officially unveiled next week at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Kia has been capitalizing on all the excitement they can squeeze out from the beloved Korean subcompact crossover. Kia had already released a preview of the 2020 Kia Soul's tail light, as well as a sneak peek into the upcoming model's new headlight design, but the latest teaser image does not showcase a simple snapshot like the previous teasers.

Carbuzz recently featured the latest teaser image released by Kia for the 2020 Kia Soul. The image showcased the 2020 Kia Soul's side view silhouette while obscuring most of the vehicle's profile in shadow. The 2020 Kia Soul featured in the teaser is showcased in an apple green color with what appears to be chrome trimming near the headlight area.

The publication notes that the new 2020 Kia Soul looks sleeker than the older Kia Soul editions. As the side view silhouette shows, the 2020 Kia Soul seems to have rounder edges and the new headlight design seems smaller than the previous one. Unfortunately, while the 2020 Kia Soul teaser show's a great view of the vehicles top profile, its wheels and lower body are obscured by shadow.

Based on the teaser images released by Kia, the 2020 Kia Soul will have double color options such as the red and white color scheme featured in the headlight preview image. While the latest 2020 Kia Soul teaser image seems to be an actual photo of the vehicle compared the render like images of the first two teasers, the latest teaser is not the first time that the 2020 Kia Soul has been spotted in person. The vehicle was previously spotted being test driven in Germany but with most of its silhouette obscured by tarps and coverings.

According to the publication, the giveaway that the vehicle was not the 2019 Kia Soul, but the 2020 Kia Soul EV was that the license plate had ended with the letter "E." In Germany, electric vehicles usually ended their license plates in the specific letter. Fans of the 2020 Kia Soul who cannot wait to see the whole subcompact in its full glory can get the chance to see it in person during the Los Angeles Auto Show starting Nov. 30 to Dec. 9. Hopefully, the latest 2020 Kia Soul reveal during the auto show will also have information about its pricing and delivery details.
