There is no end to the rumors surrounding the Star Wars: Episode IX title. It does not help that director J.J. Abrams and Lucasfilm continue to remain mum about it and that Mark Hamill decides to make fun of it.

Hamill was in no way ready to spill any hint about the title of the film and proved this in his latest social media post. The actor took the time to troll a fan when asked about the movie's moniker on Twitter.

It may be a while before fans know the Star Wars: Episode IX title. After all, a title can give away the plot of the movie just like what happened with Star Wars: The Last Jedi. Plot theories started coming out after the reveal and Disney had a hard time controlling the release of incessant spoilers.

However, a supposed leak in October claimed the title has something to do with Kylo Ren (Adam Driver). It focuses on Han Solo's son, which led fans to believe the sequel will revolve around his storyline.

According to the leak, Abrams has been making revisions on the script and that he has received a few title suggestions. One of the titles was Star Wars: Order of Ren.

"This is something being taken about now, it's a huge rumor about JJ Abrams and the shift with the script and adjustments... There has been lots of talk that the movie will either be called Order of Ren or was going to be called Order of Ren."

It is not hard to imagine the Star Wars: Episode IX title as such after what happened in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. To recap, Kylo Ren practically led the New Order and defeated the Rebellion. He also managed to get Snoke out of his way so he can freely control the First Order. Given how the film ended, it is expected that Kylo rules over the First Order when the film movie opens.

Aside from Star Wars: Order of Ren, there was also the suggested Star Wars: A New Order. Either of the titles still puts Kylo Ren into focus. However, the second title suggestion seems agreeable since the sequel supposedly tells the future of Star Wars beyond the Skywalkers.

Regardless of the Star Wars: Episode IX title, fans are excited to see what is in store for the heroes. Rumor has it that Rey (Daisy Ridley) gets a new lightsaber and so does Finn (John Boyega). The late Carrie Fisher also gets a proper send-off as General Leia.
