Amid the rumors of the Duchess' "difficult" behavior, another key member of the Kensington staff is about to leave again few weeks after the Duchess of Sussex' assistant Melissa Touabti quit her job.

Known as "Samantha the Panther," Samantha Cohen, the royal couple's most trusted secretary, has finally decided to quit her job for good, as posted by E! Online. Planning to leave after the Duchess gives birth to her baby next spring, Cohen is still going to help the couple look for her replacement this new year.

After working for the royal family for almost 17 years, the 50-year-old Australian aide filed her resignation letter last summer, even before the rumor of Meghan's work attitude began.

But since the Dutch and the Duchess needs her help especially Megan who is about to transition into her new royal life, Cohen accepted the temporary role of being the couple's assistant. She only intends to extend her stay for six months before the issuance of her resignation letter.

According to an insider, their trusted secretary's plan to leave the royal staff soon affected Meghan who wanted her to stay with her family permanently. "Sam will be a huge loss," the insider shared. "Going forward, Meghan might need someone cut from a slightly different cloth to traditional courtiers, who is not a career civil servant or royal insider," he added.

A little less than a month ago, it was reported that their royal personal assistant, Touabti, had a "difficult relationship" with the Duchess, so after six months of managing the royal couple's schedule and events, she decided to quit her job.

An insider shared that what makes the Duchess very difficult to deal with is her being workaholic. Just this November, Meghan shared how she worked hard for her to do her duties diligently. She even shared that she was very much willing to start her day at 4:30 am doing yoga and mind exercises. She shared she's not missing it for the world since doing these are "good for healing your mind."

With how early she wakes up to start her day, her staffs were quite bombarded with several tasks early, which they were not used with.

Given all these, a source shared to The Daily Mail the Duchess needs to hire someone that is strong and patient enough to meet all of her demands at work.
