Samsung is set to launch its new Samsung Galaxy phone M series in India first.

In an attempt to take on its cheap competitors, Samsung will be doing things differently. The Korean tech giant plans to launch its 2019 budget phone series in India first before releasing them to other parts of the world. India is known to be the world's second largest mobile market.

Having recently overtaken by China's Xiaomi, Samsung will make its budget phone series exclusively available on the Samsung online store and Amazon India expecting to double their online sales compared to that of last year. The Samsung Galaxy M series such as Samsung Galaxy M10, M20, and M30 is expected to hit the Indian market by the end of January, a few weeks before the Samsung Galaxy S10 release on February 20.

He believes that India is indeed a huge market that is why he said that a lot of Samsung's developments, insights and R & D's are for their consumer in India. The company sees the big potential as they have great connections with consumers in many other parts of the world.

In 2018, Xiaomi, a Chinese mobile product overtook Samsung sales. China reigned number in sales for two quarters not giving the Korean tech a giant a chance to fight back as the year ended.

Samsung has high hopes that the Samsung Galaxy M series launch will pave the way of the company to regain grounds. Samsung has more than 2,000 exclusive store which offers services from more than 2,000 service centers and boasts at a total of 250,000 Samsung retail outlets across India, according to the Tech Crunch.

Samsung Galaxy M10, M20, and M30 will be developed and made in India. A recent rumor revealed that Samsung Galaxy M20 will have a huge 5,000mAh battery. The said rumor will be proven to be true as Samsung confirmed that the M series will feature large batteries with fast charging.
