There is no denying that, aside from Apple's upcoming new flagships, tech geeks are also interested in knowing what the Cupertino-based technology company is planning to be added on the upcoming iOS 13. No official details about the yet-to-be-unveiled operating system have been released up to this writing: However, various media outlets have already hinted what fans should expect to see.
Aside from some improvements on the home screen design, iOS 13 is expected to allow users to use multiple accounts at the same time, smart Wi-Fi support, an improved Emoji search, and Siri features. It is also claimed that the upcoming update would have better in-app video resolution, snoozing notifications, a revamped Files section and some added features in the Messages and Contacts apps.
Other rumored iOS 13 developments also include a slide to unlock and split view features. The improved Apple operating system will, reportedly, allow users to check a contact's availability status too.
Reports have it that iOS 13 is likely to bring more changes in the iPads more than the iPhones. It is reported that the brand-new Apple operating system will help users maintain high productivity by improving battery life and boosting up the devices' performance.
Meanwhile, Business Times China previously revealed that some huge technology media outlets have already detected devices running the up and coming iOS 13. In a report, MacRumors revealed that several visitors of their websites that carry Apple IP addresses are already using the said operating system.
"We first spotted devices running iOS 13 in October, and in November and December, visits from iPhones with iOS 13 installed have increased," the tech news outlet claimed. "Visits slowed during late December, but should pick up again now that the holidays are over and work is continuing," it went on saying.
Because of this, many tech geeks around the globe started speculating that iOS 13 could be in a beta stage right now and that Apple would complete its development very soon. The imminent new operating system is expected to arrive in June 2019 - just a bit earlier than the predicted launch of iPhone 11 and Apple Watch 5 in Sept. 2019.
While these speculations could be true, it is important to note that Apple has not yet released any official details about the forthcoming new operating system. Therefore, fans should take these unverified claims with a grain of salt. Stay tuned for the latest news and updates about the iOS 13.
