The rumors about the release of the iOS 12.1.3 came to an end as Apple finally released the iOS 12.1.3 update for iOS users. However, users don't seem to be happy with the result.

The much-awaited Apple iOS 12.1.3 update does not seem to turn out as expected. What was supposed to be something to look forward to coming out as a nasty surprise as The Forbes describes.

Apple is now put on the spot as their most recent release of the operating system allegedly failed their customers' expectations. Now tons of customer complaints are flooding the Apple social media account ranting about the connectivity problems they encountered since they updated to iOS 12.1.3.

The first set of complaints was pointing towards the loss of data connectivity that the users encountered upon doing the iOS 12.1.3. The said dilemma left the users with no other connectivity option but WiFi alone.

However, the nightmare did not end there. As days went on and as more and more users began to update their devices to iOS 12.1.3, they encountered an even worse scenario. The latest complaints included WiFi issues. Users are now claiming that aside from the update killing their cellular data, they now no longer have access to their WiFi.

Some users claimed that they tried a lot of ways to restore their connections but their efforts ended up to nothing. An iPhone 7 user even said that she had to put her phone to flight mode for a few minutes and turn the airplane mode off after a while to get her connection back.

The process of turning to flight mode has been a usual solution for iPhone users who encountered connectivity problems in the past. However, the process did not work with the iOS 12.1.3 updated phones.

An effective solution to the problem done by a Softpedia reporter which he published yesterday was turning off his phone which at first did not show any change as he opened.  A few hours later he decided to reboot his phone once again and that did it.

However, a few days after the process, his phone is back to its connectivity problem once again. He then suggested iPhone users to switch back to the older firmware such as iOS 12.1.1.

This is not the first time that Apple users encountered a connectivity problem. iOS 12.1.1 was interfered by cellular data bug while iOS 12.1.2 update had WiFi issues. Apple, on the other hand, is trying to find the solution to the problems so it is better to wait for the bug issues fixed before updating, according to My BroadBand.
