According to CarBuzz, Toyota is going to unveil a new edition of Toyota Tundra and this will be a Hybrid version of the superlative semi-truck. The source went on to investigate the upcoming vehicle and was informed that the masterpiece is in the making. Upon enquiring to the company's spokeswomen Nancy Hubbell, she stated: "our goal is to offer an electrified version of all our models, so it's something we're aiming to incorporate in the future."   

Jack Hollis, group vice president, and general manager of Toyota North America was also asked about the matter. Hollis acknowledged that the updates on Toyota Tundra will arrive soon. The latest market trends of mini trucks and semi-trucks have been tremendous in all aspect as a majority of the semi-heavy vehicle makers like Ford, Kia etc. are making up commendable development in terms of their trucks as well. 

For example, Ford has recently announced two new versions of F-150. As per reports by potential sources, Ford will launch an F-150 Hybrid edition alongside a fully electric F-150. Keeping up with the pace, Toyota is also looking forward to re-module its existing vehicles, as per TFLTruck. Hollis further stated that the next-gen Toyota Tundra might be a Hybrid edition of the existing one or maybe a fully new concept converted into reality.

Many reliable sources and vehicle analysts have had a belief that the new edition of Toyota Tundra will make its way on the roads by the end of 2020. But, as per the latest insights of the official sources, the upcoming edition of Toyota Tundra will not make its official appearance until 2021. The interested buyers and fans might have to wait a bit longer to have their hands on the next-gen Toyota Tundra.

While asked about the vehicle's expected price range and specifications both Hollis and Hubbell refused to reveal any traces and stated that it will be made official when the car will make its first appearance. All and all, the upcoming Toyota Tundra is sure to stun many with its new features.
