A job listing posted online gave an optimistic view for the fans towards the release of Grand Theft Auto 6. However, the posting does not completely assure that GTA 6 will really hit the market soon.

The Econo Times hinted that the job listing posted by Rockstar Games states that the company is looking for a Senior Environment Artist. The listing says that the Senior Environment Artist will be responsible for creating believable and exciting artwork.

The listing added that creating and texturing environment assets for the biggest and best open world environments in the industry will be part of the artist's jobs once hired.

However, the listing did not specifically mention that the Senior Environment Artist will be working for the GTA 6 development. The Grand Theft Auto 6 releases remain speculations as of the moment.

The Business Insider believes that it is too early to expect for the Grand Theft Auto 6 release. They listed down some good reasons why GTA 6 will have to wait until 2020 to launch.

One good reason to release a new game console sequel is when the most recent one is not doing well when it comes to sales. With GTA 5, it's a completely different story, Grand Theft Auto 5 continued to increase its sales for the past 5 years.

Mat Piscatella, of the NPD group, said that ever since its market launch in September 2013, GTA 5 became one of the 20-best selling games every month. The only time that it went down was when it fell at number 21 spot on October 2014.

Another reason why Grand Theft Auto 6 will not be out in the massive open-world game is the "Red Redemption 2." Released last October 2018, Rockstar intends to make the game available for a long time before the speculated 2020 GTA 6 release.

Releasing Grand Theft Auto 6 while the "Red Redemption 2," Rockstar latest release after launching the GTA 5 is at the peak of its selling strength will not be a wise idea. Doing so will make the gamers choose between it and GTA 6.

Grand Theft Auto 5 required an additional 1,000 additional employees to be created. This means that Rockstar spends so much on releasing a game sequel.

With the recent spending on the GTA Online that requires dedicated staffs for additional content generation, community support and maintenance, releasing Grand Theft Auto 6 immediately would mean another huge amount of spending, according to The Business Insider.

With all the speculations surfacing around about the Grand Theft Auto 6 2020 release, GTA 5 is silently dominating and is there to assure fans of an equally awesome gaming experience.
