During the Real Housewives of New Jersey Reunion Part 2 on Wednesday, Teresa Giudice shares with Andy Cohen about her husband, Joe Giudice's future as he faces the deportation ruling made in October, last year.

In the interview, Teresa stated that her husband "feels tremendous guilt" as the whole family is also facing the consequences of the charges. But the star reiterated that "Joe is a very strong person" and that he is being positive as of the moment. She also added that they are doing their bests, along with their lawyers, to prevent him from going back to his native land.

A judge has ordered this ruling while Joe Giudice is in prison serving his time for 41 months. In the ruling, the judge asked Teresa Giudice's husband to go back to his native country, Italy, after he completes his prison sentence in FCI Allenwood, Pennsylvania.

As you may know, Joe and Terese Giudice were sentenced for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud. While Terese already did her time in prison for 11 months, Joe still has two months left. Moreover, Joe Guidice never obtained American citizenship.

According to Fox News, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star did not consider it as a priority to make his husband, Joe, an America citizen. "It was never on my radar," but she did remember filling out a few forms for him, the actress recalled. So, even though Joe has lived his whole life in the United States, he is still seen as an immigrant. And immigrants can be deported if they are convicted of a crime in the U.S. soil.

As the interview progressed, Cohen reminded Teresa Guidice of being devoted to her husband to which the star responded, "I still am." But there are claims from People magazine that Teresa may not be devoted forever.

A source tells the magazine that Cohen then asked the star about their marriage and what would happen if Joe goes back to Italy. And "without sadness to the question," it has been claimed that Teresa and Joe would split as she will never come with him to Italy.

Although the family lawyers did not give comments about the matter, the source tells that Teresa would instead focus on their four daughters. As everyone would recall, she admitted that she is angry at the situation for she had lost time with her daughters upon serving her prison sentence. She also added that Joe had missed already a lot of great things from their kids which is very frustrating for the family. But even so, the Giudice family is keeping themselves strong and positive as much as they could for Joe.
