Also, Alex (Justin Chambers) and his mom, Helen (Lindsay Wagner), appear to be well, but things are about to change.

"Meanwhile, Maggie (Kelly McCreary) reveals details about her personal life that cause a public stir, and Levi (Jake Borelli) struggles with whether or not to tell his family about Nico (Alex Landi)."
Andrew may feel threatened by Alex and Meredith's closeness in Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 16 that may put tension between the three. It may be the only reason why Meredith finds it hard to take a side between the two guys.

As for Levi and Nico, the two seems to be celebrating the relationship they have. Although Nico worries about the challenges they have to face, they will surely overcome the struggles that will come their way.

After she showed up before Catherine's (Debbie Allen) party, she insisted she felt fine and healthy. However, she would be seen knitting hats for her non-existing grandkids that make Jo worried.
On the other hand, Andrew's relationship with his father doesn't seem to "dull" his romantic relationship with Meredith. In other Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Episode 16 events, Owen (Kevin McKidd) and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) will feel the sadness of saying goodbye to their foster kids. Fans will also see Amelia doubting Owen's feelings for her.
