Fans are now excited for the upcoming Better Call Saul Season 5 because this means that they would see more of Saul Goodman. Played by Bob Odenkirk, Saul is an ace lawyer for a former chemist who turned into a meth dealer, Walter White. So, what can we expect in the fifth installment?

In the imminent next installment, it was revealed that viewers would not see Jimmy McGill, Saul's former identity, as often as before. Rumors are rife that Better Call Saul Season 5 would feature the Saul Goodman we knew from the Breaking Bad series. Jimmy, as he was previously known, would be reinstated as a lawyer but he would decide to change his name later on.

Another angle that could be tackled in the up-and-coming Better Call Saul Season 5 is the romantic relationship between Jimmy and Kim Wexler (Rhea Seehorn). Speculations suggest that Jimmy's reinstatement and decision to change his name would affect his ties with the Albuquerque attorney, who was a former litigator for Hamlin, Hamlin, & McGill. Since things are expected to go south for the couple, there are also predictions that Saul and Kim might become enemies in the future.

Other speculations have it that Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) might have his own an episode in Better Call Saul Season 5. It is very likely that Bank's character would be explored more in the forthcoming fifth installment after he executed a murder for Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito). The murder of Werner Ziegler (Rainer Bock) could also be a hint of what Mike would become later in the popular American television crime drama series.

Meanwhile, there are also reports claiming that there could be a crossover happening in Better Call Saul Season 5. Rumors claimed that Gene (Gene Chavez), who is a character from the Breaking Bad series, would appear in BCS again. In fact, CarterMatt even raised a question as to who would meet the Hamlin, Hamlin, & McGill employee in the present. The reputable entertainment news outlet listed three possible personalities that might interact with Gene in the next installment, namely: Kim, Walter White, Jr. (RJ Mitte) and Howard Hamlin (Patrick Fabian).

While these predictions and speculations on the upcoming Better Call Saul Season 5 could come into a reality, it is important to note that neither Netflix nor AMC has confirmed anything as of yet. Hence, avid followers of the show should take these unconfirmed theories lightly until everything is proven true and correct.

The next installment is expected to air in August 2019 on AMC. Stay tuned to Business Times China for more Better Call Saul Season 5 spoilers, predictions, news, and updates.
