There are theories Dinah lost her power after the Star City Slayer slashed her throat. The flash-forward scenes showed an older version of Dinah with a scar on her neck, but she had yet to show herself using her metahuman power. Would it be explored on Arrow Season 7 Episode 15?
"It's something that they've left open, which I like," Harkavy said, via Comic Book. "You know, she does have a scar, and we allude to it a couple of times, we don't necessarily know where it's come from yet." That made Dinah's power in question, but she had the time to train and years to grow stronger to regain her ability.
Arrow Season 7 Episode 15 may also show a lot of flash-forward scenes now that Mia (Katherine McNamara) turned to be Oliver and Felicity's (Emily Bett Rickards) daughter. Also known as Blackstar, she is said to have a good connection to the series' present day.
