Exciting things are in store for the viewers of CBS' SEAL Team. As the elite unit of United States Navy SEALs continues carrying out dangerous secret missions, the show's forthcoming episodes will feature the USS Iowa (BB-61) battleship.
The exciting news came to light when a Twitter fan page revealed on March 3, Sunday that the entire cast and staff members of SEAL Team have been filming on the USS Iowa, a retired battleship docked at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro, Los Angeles, California, for a few days now. The fan page even teased that the scenes on the said battleship are going to be epic.
After seeing the post, many fans seem pretty excited, and some of them even speculated that the renowned battleship might appear in the upcoming SEAL Team Episode 20. The positive fan reactions could also be quite a relief for the CBS network, who recently announced that the military series would not return until March 20.
It can be recalled that the SEAL Team Season 2 was initially scheduled to return on March 13. However, later in February, CBS suddenly announced that the return date had been moved to March 20. The series has also been moved from the original Wednesday 9/8c timeslot to 10/9c as part of the midseason shake-up of the network's schedule.
While the entire cast and staff members remain mum on why SEAL Team Season 2's return date was pushed back, speculations are rife that the newest additions of television series and shows on the network are the reasons why.
To make it up to the fans, CBS dropped the official synopsis of SEAL Team Season 2 Episode 14. The next episode will see the Bravo Team, a sub-unit of the United States Naval Special Warfare Development Group, embarking on new life-threatening missions.
"The team works with the Congolese army on a covert mission to capture the head of rebel militia group," the official synopsis of SEAL Team Season 2 Episode 14 reads, as cited by Carter Matt. "Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) argues with Emma Hayes (Kerri Medders) about college; Sonny Quinn (A. J. Buckley) and Lisa Davis (Toni Trucks) make a big decision about their future," it added.
Episode 14, "What Appears to Be," will air on March 20 at 10/9c on CBS. It will then be followed by the "You Only Die Once" episode on March 27. Stay tuned to Business Times China for the latest SEAL Team spoilers, predictions, and updates.
