Fear The Walking Dead's cast just got a whole lot bigger! Karen Shenaz David, who is best known for her role as Princess Isabella Maria Lucia Elizabetta of Valencia in ABC's Galavant, has landed a major role in the series' upcoming Season 5.

Earlier this week, Deadline confirmed Fear The Walking Dead has added Karen Shenaz David as a series regular. Details on the character she will be playing have largely been kept mum, other than its name - Grace.

The 38-year-old Indo-Canadian actress join the series regular cast of Kim Dickens, Frank Dillane, Cliff Curtis, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Mercedes Mason, Rubén Blades, Colman Domingo, Lorenzo James Henrie, Michelle Ang, Sam Underwood, Daniel Sharman, Garret Dillahunt, Dayton Callie, Lisandra Tena, Maggie Grace, Lennie James, Danay García, Jenna Elfman and Alexa Nisenson.

To make things more exciting, actors Ruben Blades and Daniel Sharman are expected to reprise their roles as Daniel Salazar and Troy Otto, respectively. Since they were presumed dead in the previous season, fans are looking forward to how their characters will come into play during the upcoming season.

Fear The Walking Dead Season 5 will also see Morgan Jones' (Lennie James) group ditching the Alexandria plan. Instead, they will continue what Clayton (Stephen Henderson), also known as Polar Bear, has started - helping the lone survivors they can find out there.

"This area of the country Morgan is in right now is a lot rougher in many ways," executive producer Andrew Chambliss said in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter when asked why Morgan Jones no longer wants to return to the Alexandria. "They haven't come across as many people and as many settlements. It's really about helping the lone survivors they can find out there because so many have been on their own," he added.

However, Morgan Jones and his group's effort to help the people in need might not always go smoothly. Aside from their mission, the group must also continue learning how to survive in a world filled with zombies.

As for its release date, AMC has yet to announce an exact date, but speculations are rife that Fear The Walking Dead Season 5 will premiere in spring or early summer. While waiting, fans can check out its companion series The Walking Dead Season 9, starring Rick Grimes, Norman Reedus, Lauren Cohan, Danai Gurira, Melissa McBride and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, every Sunday at 9:00 p.m. ET.
