Gwen Stefani is just one of those celebrities who keeps her feet on the ground and just loves the industry that she is working for. Since her first stint as the lead vocalist for the band No Doubt, she has proven her competence in her field having won two Grammy Awards with No Doubt. Because of these achievements, Gwen Stefani was chosen to replace Christina Aguilera to coach on one of the most prestigious singing contest in America, The Voice in 2014. Stefani's first concert residency began on June 27, 2018, at the Zappos Theater in Las Vegas and is entitled Just a Girl: Las Vegas. The final show of her residency will be on November 2, 2019. The show's title is inspired by the No Doubt song, Just A Girl.
In a recent interview with the Don't Speak hitmaker, Gwen Stefani was at the moment with the Cure 4 the Kids Foundation as they unveil their new state-of-the-art patient exam room, named in Stefani's honor, at the foundation's facility in Las Vegas. During its ribbon-cutting event, Stefani was asked how she has been scoping up with her hectic schedules while doing her Las Vegas residency night after night. Her vigorous performances was a challenge for her to be at her best every night because as The Voice coach has said "Everyone is coming to you from all over the world and it's just tall order. You're up against Vegas, and all the other shows and all the other activities, and people like flew in and are having a weekend, and it's a big deal," she shared. "I feel really blessed. I know they're not just handing [residency shows] out to anyone."
Aside from being able to perform her craft to her audience, Gwen Stefani's residency has paved the way for her advocacies. The Rich Girl songstress has also used her residency to fund a new exam room for the Nevada nonprofit childhood cancer treatment center by donating one dollar of every ticket bought to her show. Truly Gwen Stefani is one great gal to watch out for.
