The royal split of households between the Cambridge and Sussex first broke the news in late 2018. And only this month that this report has been made official by the palace.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will no longer be living and working with Prince William and Kate Middleton under the same roof. And instead, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will now work inside Buckingham Palace where the Queen currently resides. As for the couple's soon-to-be-official residence, it is revealed that they will move at Frogmore Cottage come spring season of this year.

This decision of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was made final on March 15. And as it happens, the Queen, herself, along with the Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, supports this royal splitting of households.

Since this is likely to happen soon, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan are now hiring their staff for their new household, Royal Central revealed. They are now in the process of forming their own communications team that will consequently report to the Queen's Communications Secretary, Donald McCabe.

There are no official announcements made yet but according to recent reports, the former senior advisor of Hilary Clinton's presidential campaign in 2016, Sara Latham, will be appointed as the head of the Sussex's household communications team, as revealed by Harper's Bazaar.

Meanwhile, Jason Knauf, the apparent Communications Secretary of the Dukes and Duchesses of Cambridge and Sussex will be appointed as the new Senior Advisor to Prince William and Duchess Kate once the split occurs. Moreover, he will no longer play a role in the new household of the Sussexes which will be in Windsor. As a replacement to Knauf, Christian Jones will be the new Communications Secretary to the Cambridge's household, the reports added.

It is also worth noting that this royal reorganization has nothing to do with the alleged feud between Duchesses Meghan and Kate. And although a few tabloids continuously claim that the disputes between the two Duchesses are still ongoing, no further light has been shed about these so-called feuds.

And the reason behind this household splitting (which is the only basis that makes total sense) is due to the fact that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex wanted to welcome their first baby in a whole new environment and household that they can call their own. Furthermore, it is revealed that Duchess Meghan is due in April. So, more or less, the Sussexes will move before April comes.

And while the two royal families are now separating, it is likely that they will still keep their Royal Foundation intact, according to People magazine. This foundation has allowed the two royal couples to organize various "charitable endeavors" and the apparent campaign for mental health awareness.
