Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson gained massive followings after they gave justice to their characters - Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele, respectively - in the popular erotic drama film series titled Fifty Shades. Their roles did not only make them two of the most famous stars in Hollywood but also among the most bankable artists in the history of entertainment.

As a matter of fact, Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam revealed that he was offered "so much" money just to play the role of Christian Grey, who is the love interest of Dakota Johnson in the movie. For those who are not aware, Hunnam was, originally, the first choice to portray as the handsome seducer extraordinaire in the Fifty Shades movie franchise before it was given to Jamie Dornan. "Well, I'd be a lot wealthier [if I kept the role]. I'd be a lot wealthier," the 38-year-old English actor-model revealed. "I was gonna get paid a fortune. So much," he added.

Though he was offered a lot of money for the controversial role, Charlie Hunnam explained he did not regret refusing to portray the role. The Young Americans star even said that he never watched any of the Fifty Shades movies. Charlie, however, stated he is sure that Jamie Dornan did a great job on playing as Christian Grey.

Meanwhile, Jamie Dornan got another bizarre award for his role in the Fifty Shades movie franchise. The former leading man of Dakota Johnson got the Best B**t trophy during the recently-concluded Manatomy Awards. Other winners included Charlie Hunnam, Rami Malek, and John Cena, who took home the Best Buff B**t award.

In other news, Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson are rumored to reunite in another Fifty Shades movie. Reports about having another installment for the franchise sparked when veteran actress Marcia Gay Harden expressed her interest in reprising her role as Christian Grey's mother. "I'm trying to now think about, 'What would Christian's point of view be. Would mom even be in it?'" she told PEOPLE in March 2017. "She rescued him. She was a doctor, she rescued him ... I don't know. Would I be in it? Yeah, sure. I'm game," the 59-year-old American actress went on.

Though having a fourth installment is not impossible to happen in the future, the husband of Nikki Reed already made it clear that he is not interested in reprising his role. The former Fifty Shades lead star said he wants to move on from that chapter of his life. Stay tuned to Business Times for the latest news and updates about Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson.
