Two good things apparently resulted from Jordyn Woods-Tristan Thompson cheating scandal: the former's career has shot through the roof and she found out 90% of her friends were not real friends.
After a close shave with the so-called Kardashian curse, it seems to some people an unusual and fortunate thing for body positivity spokesperson, Jordyn Woods, to have come out of her recent association with the father of Khloe Kardashian's baby, Tristan Thompson, smelling like flowers to the world of fashion and makeup.
The Instagram model has reportedly received lucrative deals from a slew of London companies who want her to endorse their products. The biggest of these is said to be one which will go into possibly introducing a fresh approach to Woods' eyelashes line.
The 23-year-old star is set to leave for London to sign off on these aforementioned deals, with her mother-cum-manager, Elizabeth Woods, after which they will be bound for Dubai and some places in the Middle East.
In view of their expected trips to warmer climes, where she is due to make some public appearances, Jordyn and her mother are said to be working with marketing whiz Sheeraz Hasan. He was taken on board to help the Woods' in how to go about closing some big financial agreements in that area of the world.
Notably, Hassan is no stranger to working with stars, as he has done so with several over the years, such as Paris Hilton, Jennifer Lopez, Logan Paul, and incidentally, as well, Kim Kardashian, for whom he handled dealings in the Middle East.
Jordyn, accompanied by Elizabeth, is also taking some "me" time while in the area to reportedly visit the United Arab Emirates for a skydiving experience in the desert, following her emotional interview with Jada Pinkett Smith during an appearance in the show on March 2, The Red Table Talk.
The interview is said to have played a great part in getting her the public's compassion after she spoke there at length of her much talked about scandal and what had transpired between her and Thompson.
On the show, Jordyn talked about the events that happened which led up to the moment that brought the whirlwind into her life.
She said that she had been out with friends who wanted to go to a party after dinner and drinks. The party was at Thompson's place and she had decided to go feeling it a "safe" place to be.
The now-ex-Kylie Jenner pal said she had not realized that was the wrong decision for her to have made, but also emphasized that nothing "intimate" had occurred at the venue between her and Kardashian's former lover.
As to the talks of a lap dance or more intimate acts, Jordyn denied that these things transpired and said that the two of them had only shared an innocent smack on the lips, with "no tongue," as she was about to leave.
The upcoming young model said she had only been "chilling" that night at Thompson's and was not drunk. She also stated she did not feel that Kardashian "deserved this" either.
After the show, Kardashian promptly tweeted calling Jordyn a liar and the "reason my family broke up."
Jordyn also pointed out that, although what happened may have made it more difficult for Kardashian to continue the relationship with Thompson, the former claimed she was not the reason for the breakup.
She also shared that she had never had any ideas about hooking up with Thompson and was even willing to go through a lie detector test to prove she was telling the truth.
At a social event post-drama, Jordyn was said to have referred to the scandal being instrumental to her finding out that "90 percent" of those she saw as friends were not her friends after all.
