Khloe Kardashian's best friend, Malika Haqq, recently praised her for staying strong after the scandal involving her now ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson's purported infidelity. She has even gone on social media to bash Jordyn Woods, who was allegedly the other woman who figured in the said scandal.
At the Fifth Annual Daily Front Row Fashion Los Angeles Awards which took place at the Beverly Hills Hotel Los Angeles this weekend past, model and actress Malika Haqq showed what a true friend she is to Kardashian when she talked of how strong and "amazing" the latter is.
Kardashian, according to Haqq, has been handling the aftermath of the cheating scandal very well, although the latter did not take credit for herself for how the former has been holding up. The Los Angeles native even says that it is "100 percent her" (Khloe).
Despite what she has been through with Thompson's repeated infidelity, Kardashian, she said, is getting on with the support from her family and friends, adding that she meant friends who were "true," possibly in reference to one friend of the family---Kylie Jenner's in fact---Woods, who was not.
But the greatest source of strength that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has, according to the PrettyLittleThing model, is baby True. The 11-month-old cherub is Kardashian's daughter by Thompson.
Haqq went on to expound on the cuteness factor of Kardashian's baby saying "everything" becomes "okay" with just a "big beautiful smile" from her.
Aunty Malika affectionately called her the "brown version of Khloe" and confessed she spoiled True, but she pointed out that, according to Kardashian, Thompson did not give the baby enough of his time.
Kardashian's BFF Haqq was quick to assure that her close friend is "doing really good" considering what she went through. She also added that they "took care of each other," speaking of their lifelong friendship.
Hagg referred to the fact that both were "blessed" to have one another through the years, something she maintained, was "hard to come by."
She attributed this long-standing friendship to their acceptance of each other, pointing out they "don't judge" the other. Haqq shared that their closeness was due to them making it a point to say when the other was wrong and to "stick together" whatever happened.
The Kardashian best pal described the essence of their relationship saying, whether the other was "in trouble" or the "wrong," they still got each other's backs. She declared that it was the "nature" of their relationship.
Notably, Kardashian and Haqq have been friends since their teenage years.
Haqq had even worked as Kardashian's assistant at some point in their friendship. She is also involved in Kardashian's Good American clothing line, serving as its ambassador.
