Amidst Rihanna promoting her signature brand's restock of liquid body luminizer Body Lava with a seductive Instagram photo of herself gilded in the product, Chris Brown reacts to her bombshell photo and makes his presence felt, reportedly saying that, until now, he still has hopes of making the worldwide star "Mrs. Rihanna Brown."
This was supposedly revealed by a source close to Brown who has shared how the actor still pines for the pop singer and keeps tabs on what she is doing. Apparently, the "Run It!" artist "lurks" Rihanna online and has commented that her latest images are "sexy and hot."
This was in reference to her March 20 post on Instagram where the rhythm-and-blues star takes a sultry pose in a shimmering mini dress, advertising the "iconic shade" of her "high-shine finish" product. The image only goes to show how captivating the Barbadian beauty has remained and how impossible it is for her ex-beau not to remark on it.
To prove that, the source has pointed out that ostensibly, the "Kiss Kiss" singer, after all this time, "still gets turned on" by the sultry beauty and has also declared that Rihanna has only grown more attractive after all this time. Brown presumably has "never stopped" being attracted to her and in fact, his feelings have gotten deeper in the time they have been apart.
Speaking of their time apart, it has been almost six years since their falling out, but according to the source, Brown is no longer the person from that time, as he has "matured" and has supposedly "changed" since. The songwriter has also expressed that he sees no reason why the two of them cannot make things right and get back together again at the right moment.
This same source says, Brown has and always will keep an eye on the sexy "Umbrella" singer. Meantime, he will stay an onlooker, following her hot "'Gram" pics. The music artist has also kept in touch with Rihanna, not just by a comment or two on the latter's posts, but by direct messaging, although it is no longer as frequent.
As the source shared, Brown "shoots" Rihanna a message "every few months," presumably to remain "connected" and make her aware that he has her in his thoughts. He has also reportedly been staying patient and has faith that there will come a time that the two of them would reunite if it was "meant to be."
In the meantime, Brown will ostensibly wait in the background and respect "her space," although at times he may slip up and try to get close once in a while, as revealed by an interview with Rihanna's father, Ronald Fenty, who had shared, "at the basketball," his view that his daughter and Brown will not be reuniting any time soon.
Mr. Fenty said that he was not conversant with the relationship the two had presently, but he asks to have Rihanna "do what she wants," adding that Brown "ain't ready."
It is remembered that Brown's and Rihanna's romance came to screeching stop when the former attacked the latter in 2009 after attending an evening affair post-Grammy Awards that time. Photos of the injured Fenty beauty from that time stunned the world of entertainment and saw the "Loyal" singer booked for criminal threats as well as assault.
Nowadays, the best-selling singer and actress has been seen hanging out lately with Saudi businessman Hassan Jameel, although the two have been keeping their relationship low-key. Jameel runs his family's conglomerate business, Abdul Latif Jameel.
Brown has previously reacted to this relationship, accordingly being "crushed" at the news that Rihanna was still seeing the international businessman. It was said to be a "blow" to the Think Like A Man actor who had thought the romance was ended. It seems that the music performer found this hard to accept because of his hopes for a reconciliation.
Meantime though, he has been keeping busy making displays of affection in Paris with Ammika Harris, the Instagram personality, days before being arrested for raping a woman in a hotel in the same city.
Brown has since denied the accusation and was released from custody.
