Eric Trump and his wife Lara are expecting another addition to their family soon, and the child would be Grandpa Donald's tenth grandchild.

The proud mama Lara, who takes the role of campaign adviser to the President, took to social media on Wednesday to share their good news. Their first child, Eric Luke Trump, is already 19 months old and would be a big brother to his sibling expected in August.

Lara, who is now five months pregnant, could not help but announce the "BIG NEWS" as she wrote in big bold letters on Instagram. Everyone is excited she declared, including their dogs, Charlie and Ben, to be expecting another addition to their family.

The proud father was not to be outdone and himself announced their wonderful news, no less joyful about the expected addition to his small family.

Eric and Lara got married in 2014 and welcomed their first baby in September 2017. Their second child would be President Donald Trump's tenth grandchild.

Eric's sister Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner have three children of their own, Theodore, 3 years old, Joseph, 5, and Arabella, 7, while his brother 45-year-old Donald Trump, Jr. ---the eldest of the Trump's children with his first wife Ivana Marie---had five with Vanessa Kay, his former wife: Donald Trump III, 10 years old, Spencer, 6, Tristan, 7, Kai, 11, and Chloe, 4.

In the past, Lara had talked about how she always wanted to have children of her own while her husband had also referred to it sometime before the 2016 election.

The couple had only been waiting to have the time to plan and have a family, and now, even Ivanka expressed her own excitement over the news as she responded to Lara's post on social media.

Lara, in addition to her role as adviser to the President, also hosts his Real News Update and had only this year surmounted some harsh criticism for the way she handled the government shutdown that had affected some 800,000 federal employees.

Just last month, the 36-year-old had been spied competing in Fort Lauderdale at the Los Olas Triathlon, which would mean that, at that time, she had already been pregnant four months. Even during her first pregnancy, a month before she gave birth, she was seen working hard at the gym.

She used to work for Inside Edition as a producer but now devotes some time working with animal charities.

Eric, on the other hand, helps run the president's Trump Organization as its vice president.

The President is yet to acknowledge the news publicly.
