Devoted followers of Lee Min Ho are now preparing for his comeback. The 31-year-old South Korean superstar is, currently, serving as a public service officer as part of the mandatory military training. Now that his discharge date is coming nearer, avid fans are wondering what his activities would be after completing his service.
While some believe that Lee Min Ho would rest after the discharge that would happen on April 25, some supporters of Suzy Bae's former lover claim that he is likely to go back to work. As a matter of fact, there have been reports saying that Min Ho could reunite with Park Shin Hye and Jun Ji Hyun.
This is not the first time that Lee Min Ho, who promised fans to do a great project after the mandatory military service, is rumored to do a sequel to the two popular series. EconoTimes reported that avid followers of Suzy Bae's ex-boyfriend and Park Shin Hye have been demanding to see them together again in another installment of The Heirs. For starters, The Heirs focused on the story of a group of rich teens who are about to take over their families' business empires.
Lee Min Ho played as Kim Tan, who is the heir to Jeguk Group, while Park Shin Hye played as Eun Sang. After he was exiled to the United States, the character of Suzy Bae's former lover fell in love with Eun Sang. Things went more interesting when Kim Tan was forced to choose between love and the responsibility of pursuing the family business.
Though it would be nice to see Lee Min Ho and Park Shin Hye together again in one project, the 29-year-old actress denied the reunion rumors already. In other words, The Heirs 2 might not happen anytime soon. Aside from Shin Hye, the City Hunter actor is, also, rumored to reunite with Jun Ji Hyun for the supposed The Legend of the Blue Sea 2.
The first installment of The Legend of the Blue Sea tackled the story of rich kid Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho) and a mermaid called Shim Cheong (Jun Ji Hyun). The series focused on the concepts of unrequited love, fate, and rebirth. It also won the hearts of many, which was very evident thru its persistent high television ratings.
Should a sequel be pursued, rumors are rife that it might focus on the child of Heo Joon Jae and Shim Cheong. However, it is important to note that SBS has not yet confirmed anything as of yet. Therefore, avid followers of Suzy Bae's ex-beau and Jun Ji Hyun should take these unconfirmed reports lightly until everything is proven true and correct.
