After the success in the big screen, Dragon Ball Super: Broly will now have its own manga series. Although the original Dragon Ball Super manga didn't tell the film's story, it is set to tell its own tale as teasers about its release are now emerging.

New character designer Naohiro Shintani dropped the first cover of Dragon Ball Super: Broly, teasing a fully-colored adaptation of the movie's events, per Comic Book. Dragon Ball's official website also revealed a special preview of the new manga series. Here, fans could see the film's very special moments made its way into a comic strip.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly adaptation into a manga series just showed how successful the film is. It is in full color, instead of the usual black-and-white concept of manga series today. Hence, it is expected to stand out on its own right.

According to reports, Dragon Ball Super: Broly is the most "critically and commercially" successful film in the franchise. Its box office success also has something to do with its wide theatrical release.

However, Dragon Ball Super: Broly has yet to hit other countries' cinemas, although the United States and Japan are already able to buy the film's home video release. But, Chinese fans now have the reason to celebrate as the movie is about to be out in the country this month.

To celebrate the China release, people behind the franchise dropped a new poster for the film - specially made for the Chinese fans. The scene may be familiar for some who have followed the movie since it was announced, but it gives a new look to the film.

However, Chinese fans will not witness how Goku use the Power Pole in Dragon Ball Super: Broly, although it is in the teaser poster. The layout reported derived from the film's promotion before fans learned Broly's inclusion in the movie.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly has earned a whopping $110 million upon its release. When the film hits Chinese theaters, the amount is expected to soar high with the support of its fans in China. The movie may continue to be out in other countries if it continuously gets full support.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly is now available on Blu-ray and DVD. The film would be out in China on May 24, while the new manga series was out in Japan on May 2 with a price of 1,400 Yen or about $12.56.
