Johnny Depp can't be stopped as he spills more stories on his public declaration of what has transpired on his 15-month marriage with Amber Heard. Previously it was revealed that Amber Heard allegedly "painted on her bruises" in order to get a restraining order from the court against the Pirates of the Carribean star.
But this is not all that comprises his declaration as more personalities were named and more events to be told in order to prove Depp's innocence in Hollywood's most controversial stories yet.
On May 23, 2016, Amber Heard files for divorce after citing irreconcilable differences and four days later, a judge issued the actress a temporary restraining order against Johnny Depp. The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a 911 call at the actors' penthouse but told media that there had been no evidence of a crime.
Despite the Aquaman star's detailed court document statements and Heard's widely circulated photo of bruises on her eye and lip wherein a magazine published in June 2016, Depp firmly denied all the accusations.
Now after newly available evidence with witness testimonies and more than 80 surveillance videos showing Heard without injuries in the days after she said she had been hurt has been compiled by Johnny Depp, he is set to continue the battle to fight for his reputation.
The actor is accusing Amber Heard of abusing him throughout their relationship, often while under the influence. And this has almost cost him his finger, arm, and even life when she hurled a vodka bottle at him.
Johnny Depp continues on that just within a month after their wedding, Amber Heard "went berserk and started throwing bottles" at him with the "first one sailed past his head and missed, but then she threw a large glass vodka bottle next which the impact shattered the bone and severed the tip of his finger. The incident took three surgeries and an infection caused by MRSA, responsible for several difficult-to-treat infections in humans.
The situation was triggered by Depp's action to discuss with Heard the need that she sign a post-nuptial agreement.
Looking through Johnny Depp's statements on his court filings he claimed that Amber Heard "hit, punched and kicked" him, and threw things at him including "heavy bottles, soda cans, burning candles, television remote controls, and paint thinner cans." Depp calls Heard "the perpetrator," and he was "the victim" as he tells how his former wife would be mixing prescription amphetamines and non-prescription drugs with alcohol and would commit innumerable acts of domestic violence against him.
There was this point when he finally decided to divorce the Justice League star was when Heard and one of her friends defecated on his bed like some sort of sick prank before they left for Coachella together.
It was also the time when reportedly, Johnny Depp did not consent to Amber Heard's demand for money that she publicly accused him of domestic violence, seeking and receiving a temporary restraining order. This was the first-ever-seen prominent bruise and cut on her face that the actress claimed resulted from being hit in the face by a cell phone thrown by Depp.
The Edward Scissorhands star already denied hurting Amber Heard and any other women as he further alleged that Heard had been violent to her previous ex-partners which he revealed her arrest in 2009 at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport for committing domestic violence against her then-wife Tasya Van Ree.
