Khloe Kardashian reportedly believes her ex-husband Lamar Odom sold her out in his tell-all memoir and sees his betrayal as a way of "using" her to get attention.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star felt betrayed, a source has revealed, when she read Odom's published work which had detailed their life together as a former married couple. Since the release of the tome, Darkness to Light, people have been reading about the time when the professional basketball player was doing drugs.

The source close to Kardashian said that Odom wrote in his book that he really cares about Kardashian and she was his "biggest regret." But if there was any truth in what he claimed, the source went on to say, he "would not have written" it.

The same source declared that Odom's tell-all is "sensationalized" and is merely taking advantage of Kardashian's name in order to "get attention" for himself.

The reality star has only been recently trying to recover from another nasty public scandal, involving yet another ex, Tristan Thompson. This source went on to say that it has been one bad thing "after another" for the 34-year-old. And with what he has done, Odom has only "betrayed" Kardashian "all over again."

This is the "worst time" for all these revelations on their past to have come out, the source believed, pointing out that model and socialite was "very hurt." Lamar's book has put out every painful event in their past, and as he goes on book promotion runs, it is just not he who has to deal with all the public's interest regarding their painful past.

Kardashian, this source pointed out, has no interest nor desire in having to answer questions on her ex-husband's 2015 drug overdose, or of his professed intent in the past to kill her. She "hates" being placed in a position of talking about the "horrible moments" in her past and all the other questions the book is dredging up.

The source close to the actress said that Kardashian has been working on moving on and going forward with her life as each day passes, but that the "past" seems to have its way of "interfering" with that goal.

What the book is doing is letting the actress "relive" some of the worst moments of her life, but she is aware that she will have to eventually deal with everything this said book has brought back up, another source has commented.

But then Kardashian is said to be accomplished in dealing with the press and will be going the "high road" and wait it out until people will no longer care about what has happened in her past. And when that happens, she will never need to look back to that time again.
