It is almost half of 2019 and the recent Keeping Up with the Kardashian episode showed the events that transpired in the planning of the annual Kardashian Christmas Eve party. It was also the time that Kim Kardashian-West started hosting the much-awaited family event, and her husband, Kanye West, has some even more lavish ideas.
Since momager Kris Jenner is the mother and powerful light of the home for the Jenner-Kardashian clan, she has been doing the strenuous but worthwhile duty of hosting the holiday event. But when it was Kim Kardashian-West's time to shine, her home was transformed into a winter wonderland, with fake snow covering the yard.
The said holiday event already cost a whopping $1.3 million, but the Gold Digger has so much in mind. In a phone conversation, it was revealed that West wanted to put snow in the street and an ice skating rink.
Kim Kardashian can be heard talking to Kanye West saying "I really need you to not be upset, but this is so inappropriate that it's so much money for a party for one night," she told him. "Finances stress me out more than anything in life, so just know that...The Christmas party is going to change. For one night, for a few hours, and I want to kick everyone out? We can't do this. We have to cut so much of that."
Usually, women are spontaneous spenders, wherein they overspend on so many things added up. While men can be very thrifty, but are also big spenders in one or two specific things only.
That is why some men cannot relate to the endless shopping spree ladies do for fun; however, when it is time for them to spend, it is also the same huge sum. Having observed this with Kanye West, over-the-top spending and over-budgeting can be seen in both men and women.
As a result, Kim Kardashian threatens to cancel the party if Kanye West pushed through with his ideas. But the drama did not stop there as the aspiring lawyer also gave an invitation to Kris Jenner's ex Caitlyn Jenner.
But sister Khloé Kardashian disagrees with the idea because it would make their mother uncomfortable. But momager agreed to allow Caitlyn Jenner's attendance to the party for the sake of her two other daughters Kendall Jenner and Kylie Jenner. "I would never do that to Kendall and Kylie, just like I would never do it to you," she told Kim. "I promise you, I'm fine. Just let it go. Vodka is my friend."
