Rihanna's last album, Anti was her eighth studio album released on January 28, 2016, three years from now, she has been busy with other businesses and a promising relationship with businessman Hassan Jameel. Now her fans are demanding her to release her ninth studio album which was already hinted to be reggae.
In a recent interview with Rihanna, her ninth studio album is "really fun" with already "a lot of materials" on it. But she revealed on a chat with Ocean's 8 co-stars Sarah Paulson for the summer 2019 issue of Interview magazine that she "can't pull it out until it's complete."
Rihanna admitted that before, she had been focused on making music only, saying that "I used to be in the studio, only the studio, for three months straight, and an album would come out." With the launching of Fenty, the Diamonds hitmaker is doing daily rounds from fashion, lingerie and, beauty, especially now that she is close to her team in London.
The singer revealed that she doesn't have a strict sleep schedule because she spends most of her time in meetings about the many divisions of her growing empire. When she does get a moment to breathe, she said that she takes time to focus on her mental health and wellness
And as much as she has been very busy, she still takes the time to attend her niece's birthday, because for, family matters a lot. Rihanna is also much closer now to her boyfriend, Hassan Jameel, who is a business magnate in Europe.
As proof, she also shared a video while in the studio, obviously working on her upcoming album, but fans are getting impatient. But with the way Rihanna works on things, from her career to her personal life, the Umbrella songstress wants her activities to be discreet and confidential.
Being a professional and a perfectionist when it comes to her craft, Rihanna doesn't want to rush things just to release awful songs that will affect her great reputation. She is also not fond of being stressed or nagged on to what other people want her to be.
Rihanna cannot live without music that is why she is working nonstop and even said that she would make a greater effort this time to put the album out, even at the expense of not having to shoot some videos. When asked how much longer his fans have to wait, Rihanna doesn't even know the answer to that question. "I wish I knew," she said. "I have blocked off a solid period of time for the studio next month."
