The dust had barely settled on the news of Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk's controversial breakup, and now the two are reportedly open and ready to see other people.
After a steady and serious four-year relationship, the ex-flames are not shy about wanting to get back out there to find happiness and meet new potential love interests. An insider source who has spoken with the director and model also confirms that the two are looking forward to dating other people.
The hot Hollywood couple reportedly broke up because of the tension between them both, and their booming careers were making them drift apart, although their split was amicable enough. The two deny any sort of drama or third party that have influenced them in their decision to part ways.
This was much to the disappointment of A Star Is Born fanatics who have been pushing for Lady Gaga and Cooper to become an item. However, amidst the uproar of fans who have also been starting rumors about how Gaga played a part in breaking up the long-time couple, both Cooper and Gaga have denied having any romantic interest in the other. On the other hand, the co-stars confessed they did not see themselves dating in the future.
More sources close to the ex-couple have revealed that the 44-year-old actor and the 33-year-old model felt relieved after their breakup and are embracing the freedom they feel after being in the closed-off and very private four-year romance.
The A Star Is Born actor and director shares a 2-year-old daughter with the Victoria Secret model who they named Lea De Seine. And ever since their break up, the two have been trying to keep things civil and light between each other for the sake of their child. They have been contacting lawyers and meeting with them to discuss custody arrangements for Lea.
They have already established a few things for sure, such as the fact they will both have 50/50 custody of their daughter. Lea will be staying with one parent at a time, and on occasions and big moments and milestones of her life, both parents will be present for her.
The two are yet to find a good co-parenting strategy that works for them, their daughter, as well as both their packed schedules and busy careers. In the meantime, it seems Shayk is still living in Cooper's Los Angeles home while they sort things out. Although things will not be too complicated for either of them regarding the care of their daughter, as Lea has her nanny and caretaker, whom the co-parents trust their daughter with.
