A Melania Trump biopic is said to be in the works, with talks already underway for Jennifer Garner to play the title role.
It was recently purported in a tabloid report that Melania The Movie will soon be in the making. And not only that. It was claimed as well that the Alias actress was primarily considered for the starring role.
Others also lined up for consideration are 46-year-old Modern Family's Sofia Vergara and 54-year-old Gossip Girl alum Liz Hurley.
The project is said to touch on the life of the First Lady before she even met Donald Trump. It will outline the "rags-to-riches" rise of a "Young Melania" until she gets meets with her future husband. The role is allegedly one of the "juiciest" there is now, according to a purported "insider."
However, no matter how some feel that this fictional project should be made real, there is absolutely no truth to the matter. The online site Gossip Cop has busted this open and declared that this is all a made up story.
Where it is supposed that there is a "lot of interest" in such an undertaking and that the role is purportedly one which could be a "game-changer" for the actress selected to play the part, Gossip Cop has confirmed with a source that the spy-action television show veteran for ABC is not involved with such a project.
Although the said source did not reveal this on record, Gossip Cop shared that Garner is not in any talks for such a role. The story is not even supported but any mention as to which production company will be doing the belied project. There is, in fact, no Melania movie as was contended by the dubious publication.
While it is the first time to have made up a story on the First Lady, it has been a practice of this tabloid to make up such news about "biopics" of more than one other celebrity. In the past, the self-same publication also claimed that a movie on Bruce Springsteen was in the making and that the actor being eyed for the project had been Leonardo DiCaprio. Until now, there has not been any such picture being made.
Another story it made up was that Justin Bieber would be in a biopic playing George Michael in the story of the "Careless Whisper" singer.
It has also been preoccupied with news on Garner, making up fictional stories as to her having had a wedding at her home with John Miller, the star's boyfriend. Two years back, the very same outlet again reported falsely that she and ex Ben Affleck had reunited.
