There have been countless rumors about how Donald and Melania Trump's marriage has been on the rocks ever since Trump had been elected as President of the United States. Speculation exists on their marriage being rocky, but some have taken that further, and have wondered whether the first couple would divorce any time soon.
Most of those who do not support the Trump administration have noticed quite a lot of things that are said may prove these rumors are close to the truth. Moreover, people have been waiting around for when---not if---the first couple will finally break the news of their divorce.
Speculation started spreading like wildfire that the couple was walking down the road to divorce when Melania did not immediately move-in into the White House after her husband's inauguration. It was months after Donald had been settled in Washington before she moved in with him.
Although the First Lady has already addressed this issue, saying she wanted to wait until their only son, Barron Trump, 13, was finished with his school year, people cannot help but wonder whether that is the whole reason she was reluctant to move into the White House.
Another instance wherein people thought the first couple was just on the verge of divorcing each other was when an old interview of Donald's mysteriously resurfaced. In the video, Donald was boasting about how he could grab any woman by her genitals and that they would be okay with it.
At the time of the interview, Donald and Melania were already married, and suffice it to say; this misogynist statement did not sit well with the first lady. In an interview, she, later on, attributed his immature and egoistic behavior to his desire in getting a reaction or comment from the trending issue.
It was noticed, however, that from then on, Melania has gone on less and less trips with her husband, rides separately from him to any State events, and even travels without him on international visits. She has been noticeably distant from Donald and has avoided any public mention of their anniversary.
Having gone through two earlier divorces, Donald already has a proclivity for prenuptial agreements. And it is said that most of the terms in their agreement have been altered after he was elected into office. This was said to ensure that Melania would find it easy to ease back into life outside the White House after the change of lifestyle may have affected her.
