After DeCourcy (Aldis Hodge) went a step closer to the guns used in the Revere robbery, the gang's arms dealer would be in custody in City on a Hill Episode 7. Jackie (Kevin Bacon) believes he is about to solve the case, but DeCourcy will get in the way.
"With the gang's arms dealer in custody, Jackie thinks he's a step closer to glory," "There are no F**king* Sides" official synopsis read. "But Decourcy is the one in a position to negotiate, and he's considering cutting off the gun supply rather than going after the buyers."
Elsewhere, Jimmy (Mark O'Brien) and Frankie (Jonathan Tucker) need to find a new dealer as they prepare for their next job in City on a Hill Episode 7. Cathy (Amanda Clayton) and Jenny (Jill Hennessy) will have a hard time to comfort their daughter after the trauma she has been through. Lastly, Rachel (Sarah Shahi) will decide to take the investigation into her own hands as Michaela (Samantha Soule) gets into trouble.
Meanwhile, City on a Hill lead star, Bacon, just turned 61-years-old. Despite the age, the actor has no plans to slow it down and will continue playing as a bad guy.
Aside from City on a Hill, Bacon will also go on a summer tour with his band, The Bacon Brothers, which his brother, Michael, fronted. He also has other projects in work, although the much-awaited one is the reboot of his 1990 movie, Tremors.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Bacon said there is no part of him that "pumping the brakes." However, Kyra Sedgwick's husband admitted he is afraid to take things slow, as there are many things he still wants to do.
Bacon continued to say that if opportunities knock, he feels the need to take it. He even joked that he is not ready to just go sailing, fishing, playing gold, or croqueting. "I'm really happy with staying busy," he admitted.
Bacon plays Jackie on Showtime's City on a Hill. He is a "cocky and pushy" FBI investigator who works with the ambitious assistant district attorney Decourcy. They are on a mission to take down a gang of armored truck robbers.
Even though Bacon is used to playing as an evil guy, his role as Jackie stands out. Despite being on the right side of the law, he is also corrupt, cheating on his wife, and snorting coke, among others. City on a Hill Episode 7, "There are no F**king Sides," is due for release on Sunday, July 28, on Showtime.
