The internet is abuzz with rumors that Tyler C. is going to be headlining the next season of ABC's The Bachelor. While before, fans were rooting for the Florida-based contractor and model to end up with The Bachelorette Season 15 Hannah Brown, there has been a significant shift in the fans' feelings with women now wanting to take Tyler out of the running so that they can have their shot at ending up with him on his own edition of the show.
It can be recalled that entertainment blogger Reality Steve shared rumors that he received from multiple sources that Tyler C.'s mom has told a bunch of people at a Florida watch party that her son was going to be the next Bachelor. While the report remained unconfirmed, it raised the hopes of Tyler's supporters that they will see him in the next season of the reality show to continue his search for true love.
There are a few episodes left before the series finale but it has been rumored that after Luke P.'s unsurprising elimination at the Fantasy Suites episode, Pilot Peter will be getting the boot next. Jed and Tyler C. will reportedly remain in the final two.
However, earlier rumors hinted that it will be Jed Wyatt who will be this season's winner. In an unprecedented turn of events though, it is expected that Hannah will break up with Jed in the finale because of issues involving his ex-girlfriend Haley Stevens. Stevens recently came out to the media to expose that Jed signed up for the show not to find true love, but to advance his music career.
Fan support for Tyler C. as The Bachelor has been gaining steam for several weeks now after the fan favorite contender impressed viewers with his maturity, gentlemanly ways and his respect for Hannah as an empowered woman, Bustle reported.
Throughout the run of the season,The Bachelorette fans have often expressed their admiration for his looks and physique which has earned him a strong following on the show. Viewers also cited his great attitude and good relationship with other contenders, with the exception of Luke P. as a sign that he is genuinely a great catch.
In The Netherlands episode of The Bachelorette, Tyler was obviously happy and relieved when Pilot Peter came into the waiting room bearing one rose. According to Tyler, he was happy that another gentleman was still in the running, which meant that he was open to the idea that Hannah would not end up with him. It spoke of his good intention towards her happiness that he wanted a stand up guy to get the girl in the end.
Tyler C. also backed up Hannah when she broke into a Twitter war with Luke P. over the sex in the windmill issue. He supported The Bachelorette for responding to Luke's judgemental post about sinning and praised her for being a powerful woman.
