Someone is set to join the second half of Good Trouble Season 2 as Azita Ghanizada will make her way to the series. Fans are about to see the 39-year-old star in the show as Kendra Zahir, and she is set to shake things up.

Fans will meet Kendra in the summer finale. She will make her presence felt unexpectedly at Speckulate. According to TVLine, her arrival will lead to a grand shake-up to the company.

Kendra may be the one who will face the bad people in the company and eventually lead them out. CarterMatt noted sexism runs rampant in Speckulate and women find it hard to get ahead because of the discrimination. Will Kendra help Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) in Good Trouble Season 2B?

It has yet to be revealed if Kenda will be Mariana's ally, but there is a strong possibility about that. Mariana just has to take advantage of her arrival and see if she will be a friend or foe.

As the first half is about to come to an end, the show has dropped a lot of explosive revelations about its main characters. In Good Trouble Season 2B, fans can expect to get things even crazier.

In an interview with PopCulture, Daisy Eagan, who plays Joey Riverton, talked about her character's storyline and what would happen to the series' continuation. The 39-year-old star revealed Joey and Alice (Sherry Cola) love story would face some challenges as it is far from smooth-sailing.

Fans would see the two having some problems as they "struggle in their ways with their identities." When Joey and Alice started their romance, they were both going through the process of coming out.

Joey came out as non-binary, while Alice came out as a lesbian. As Alice is still working her way through her partner's new identity, challenges arise. "They're both relatively new to their own identities, Alice being newly out as a lesbian and Joey being newly out as non-binary," Eagan explained.

There would be some drama between the two, which seemed to be not unusual with people who have a queer relationship for the first time. Past secrets would be revealed as they walked to the process of revealing their true selves.

Joey and Alice's groundbreaking relationship is only a small part of the series' major plot points for Good Trouble Season 2B. The show also tackles issues about gender equality in the workplace, social justice, and love, among others. The show airs every Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
