Manchester United's failure to secure a transfer deal for Juventus ace Paulo Dybala is one of the most talked-about stories in the Premier League lately. While it is somewhat disappointing that the two camps were not able to come to an agreement, there is still a silver lining left for the Red Devils. With Dybala out of the picture, Manchester can instead focus on a handful of other alternatives that will sure to fit into the squad and for reasonable prices.

With Manchester United bent on improving its attacking third, there is no shortage of talents that are currently available for sure.

Bruno Fernandes (Sporting Lisbon)

Bruno Fernandes brings a lot of interesting combination for Manchester to play around should it decides to pick him from his current squad, Sporting Lisbon. In fact, Manchester United have inquired about the 24-year-old way back in May. However, with the club's target completely fixed towards Dybala, Fernandes may have been shied to the side.

Aside from Manchester United, there are also a number of notable English squads that are vying for Fernandes' signature. Reports claim that Liverpool submitted a bid for the forward back in June. As for the Red Devils, the club was on the frontrunner to sign Fernandes back in Jully. However, with so much attention being thrown towards the Dybala transfer, Fernandes may have tried to take his talents elsewhere. Recent reports claim that Tottenham is close to signing a transfer deal for him.

Isco (Real Madrid)

It is no longer a secret that Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane is bent into getting rid of Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez. Word around the league is that Zidane is looking let go of Bale and Rodriguez for him to be able to afford the transfer of Paul Pogba into the club.

With this in mind, Zidane might consider Isco for the transfer block as well. Manchester United lacks a formidable middle game, and Isco will surely fit into this narrative. Moreover, Isco has been getting less and less game minutes as the club progresses into the league.

Recent reports have pointed out that Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola is looking to acquire Isco. The Red Devils should pounce on this at once for it to be able to make all the necessary squad adjustments before the start of the new season.

With the transfer market easing up on Bale, Zidane should seriously consider other members of his squad if he wants to push the Pobga deal.
