Fans are already geared up for the fall season. Aside from the events that will be happening soon enough, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been known to arrive this Halloween season.
However, the tune has been quite different recently when series creator, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, revealed a few details about the new season. And based on his interview with The Wrap, it seemingly appears that the fans won't get to see new episodes of Chilling Adventures of Sabrina this fall season.
According to Aguirre-Sacasa, production is still ongoing. He revealed that they are now writing the eighth episode of the new season. And as for the filming and shooting, they are onto the sixth episode. This means that they are now halfway since the new installment will have a total of 16 episodes.
With these current schedules, he also revealed that they won't be ready yet when Halloween season arrives. Hence, premiere schedules will be quite different than what most of the fans have assumed.
While the details have been already shared recently, there is no word or confirmation yet when Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will arrive. But it is quite safe to assume that it will premiere on Netflix in the latter months of 2019 or early 2020.
As per TV Series Finale, the changes in schedule could also mean that the fourth season's arrival might also be changed. And it is only fitting considering how things are working for the production.
Although this has caused a slight disappointment among the fans, many are still glad that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina will still return for a new season. Not to mention that the fourth season is already sealed as per reports.
In terms of the new season's plot, it is already common knowledge that Sabrina, along with the crew, will go to hell to save her boyfriend, Nick. And this is just a huge nod to the second season finale when Nick sacrificed himself to save the world.
Quite obviously, the new season will center on Sabrina's plans of action to get to hell and end the horrors that come with it, once and for all.
So far, these are the only new details that have been shared about the new season. And it seems that the fans will get more as time passes by and reaches the fall season.
