Good Witch season 5 episode 10 is arriving later this week, and this would be the season finale of the series. But as we approach the final episode, Bailee Madison's character Grace Russell will exit as well.
According to the synopsis of Good Witch season 5 episode 10, the graduation day of Grace and Nick (Rhys Matthew Bond) has finally arrived, and Cassie (Catherine Bell) will do all her best to make this occasion truly magical. Based on the happenings in the finale, Madison will be coming back as a full-time character heading to the sixth season.
This news isn't surprising considering the events that will happen in the finale; it seems like it has been planned and in the works since the series started. Because Grace is graduating, she will be moving on to the next phase of her life. The upcoming episode will revolve around her and her graduation, which is very relatable to most people.
Madison has also grown up around the series, and Good Witch shaped her life in many ways as she continues her career. There are also a lot of opportunities out there for the actress, and her exit as full-time cast member does not necessarily mean she's not coming back in the future. There's still a chance the character will return at some point; it's just a matter of what will happen to Grace's life and career.

And along with the renewal confirmation, EVP Programming & Publicity at Crown Media Family Networks Michelle Vicary also confirmed Madison's departure in the season 5 finale. The actress is at different point of her life since she joined the series in 2015, but Vicary said Madison will always be a "beloved member of the Hallmark family."
Good Witch season 5 episode 10 will air on Sunday, August 18, on Hallmark Channel.
