With the constant delays in the second wedding of Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin, some entertainment outfits are reporting that Mrs. Bieber seems to be getting cold feet because of trust issues.

According to a report by  Star, Hailey Baldwin has been "dragging her feet" when it comes to saying "I do" for the second time to her husband of one year, Justin Bieber. The pair will celebrate their first anniversary on September 13, when they first got married before a New York City courthouse last year.

The magazine's source goes on to say that Hailey has been having reservations about pushing through with the dream wedding because of Justin's baggage from his previous relationship with Selena Gomez. The outfit claims that Hailey wanted to have a strong foundation before they say their vows before their family and friends in what is expected to be the couple's dream wedding.

Gossip Cop has debunked the report by citing a report by TMZ  after it got hold of the Biebers' save the date, sent out to one of their guests. Contrary to earlier reports though, the wedding will not take place in Los Angeles but rather in South Carolina.

The choice was a surprise since Justin is from Canada, and Hailey's people are mainly from New York. It seems that the couple fell in love with Montage Palmetto Bluff, a beautiful waterfront area on the May River, where they were recently spotted.

The wedding invitation was light on the details but true to Justin and Hailey's personalities, the couple chose a comic book style to announce the date, which is September 30 - two weeks after their first wedding anniversary.

TMZ also found out that Mindy Weiss, who planned parties for celebrities like Ellen DeGeneres, Heidi Kulm, Diana Ross, Ciara, and Katy Perry will be in charge of planning the Biebers' dream wedding.

Meanwhile, People reported additional details they unearthed about the much-anticipated affair. According to the entertainment site, Justin and Hailey wanted to have a religious affair this time around, in the presence of their friends and family.

The outfit also confirms the venue of the wedding ceremony, in Montage Palmetto Bluff.

"The Montage has long been like a second home to Justin. He many times escaped to the Montage when he needed some quiet time. They both love the Palmetto Bluff Montage," the source confirmed, adding that while the couple chooses to keep the details low-key, they are pleased and excited about the upcoming event.
