Two new Huawei models have been spotted at China's China Compulsory Certificate (3C) over the weekend, which could be referring to the upcoming Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro. The model numbers listed TAS-AL00 and LIO-AL00, which are reportedly the same models listed previously on TENAA. However, the listings are incomplete as of writing.
Looking at the 3C certification, it appears that the model numbers could very well be the upcoming phones from Huawei. The manufacturers listed are Hong Fu Jin Precision and BYD Precision Manufacture Co Ltd, with a charge rating of 40W.

The Chinese tech giant has its patented SuperCharge technology that goes up to 44W, fueling speculations that what we're looking at is the Mate 30 and its Pro version. According to rumors, the Mate 30 will come with a 4200mAh battery while the Mate 30 Pro will house a 4500mAh battery.
It has been quite a ride for Huawei following the US trade ban controversy. The company is yet again embroiled in a setback as it has been reported that it may have to delay the release of its new devices due to the fact that the Mate 30 series will not be able to run Google apps and services, which was previously confirmed by Google itself. It is an obstacle that Huawei is yet to undertake, considering a lot of people are used to using Google apps and services on their Android phones.
The company has already been building out its own Play Store alternative, and is reportedly working on a mapping service API for third-party developers. Even HarmonyOS may not be able to fill in the gaps, and this is very likely the cause of the delay. For now, the launch is expected on September 19th.
The Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro will use the Kirin 990 platform that will debut at IFA 2019 at the end of this coming week.
It's unknown as of now if the Kirin 990 will come with 5G capability on the chip itself or if it will be separated. However, it is expected that at least one of the Mate models will come with 5G support.
It is also expected that Huawei will launch a Mate 30 Lite, which is likely going to be launched at a later date.
