Just like all other upcoming flagship devices, Huawei Mate 30 Pro has been the subject of many leaks, rumors, and speculations. Although previous leaks are revealing the camera configuration of the upcoming devices, there are still many details that we do not know yet. A new leak surfaced recently revealing additional details regarding the camera specification of the Mate 30 Pro.
On Twitter, a user named RODENT950 shared new interesting details about the camera specs of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. According to the leaker, the alleged quad-camera setup of the device is consists of two 40 MP camera sensors, a Time of Flight sensor, and an 8 MP sensor. This is similar to what serial leaker Ice Universe previously shared online through a cryptic tweet.
But, according to RODENT950, the main sensor of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is a 1.5-inch 40 MP sensor with an aperture ranging between F/1.6 and F/1.4. Apparently, the camera sensor will be equipped with RYYB color filter similar to the P30 Pro. In theory, this will enable the device to accumulate more light than what the Bayer filter (which many vendors are using on their device) is capable of.
Additionally, the leaker shared that the Huawei Mate 30 Pro will feature Cine-Lens. It can be recalled that previous reports showed Huawei filing for a trademark for this particular feature and it seems that it will debut on the Huawei Mate 30 Pro. For those who are not familiar with the feature, Cine-Lens is a cropped term for the cinematic lens, which is highly anticipated to enhance the quality of videos recorded from the device drastically.
This kind of lens is optimized for uninterrupted motion and is utilized by professionals. In addition to the primary camera sensor, the second sensor, according to the leaker, is a 1.7-inch 40 MP 120-degree ultra-wide shooter sensor with Cine-Lens. The third sensor allegedly is an 8 MP telephoto lens equipped with 5 times optical zoom.
I told you a few rumors about Mate 30 pro camera, IMO this is more possible.

Previous reports claimed that the Huawei Mate 30 Pro will have the same camera configuration as the Huawei P30 Pro and will have several tweaks. But, this new set of details about the camera specs is really a surprise especially if these are accurate. Amid all these speculations and claims, Huawei has yet to confirm anything in regards to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro.
Huawei is expected to release the Huawei Mate 30 Pro in the last quarter of 2019 after Samsung and Apple have already launched their flagship smartphones. And, since this new set of details is not official, please take it with a spoonful of salt.
