The Huawei Mate 30 Pro has been recently the subject of many rumors, leaks, and speculations especially that it is nearing its launch. Recently, there were reports about the camera setup of the upcoming flagship device from the Chinese smartphone maker. Today, a new leak surfaced revealing the display and the resolution details of the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, which could be one of the most stand out components of the upcoming device.

On Twitter, user Max J revealed a few details about the resolution and display details of Huawei Mate 30 Pro. According to the leaker, the upcoming device will have a 2600 x 1200 pixels resolution. This is a much lower spec since the Huawei mate 20 Pro has 3120 x 1440 resolution.

Additionally, the leaker reveals that the Huawei Mate 30 Pro will have approximately 90 degrees pronounced curves, which is something that we already know from previous leaks. The lower resolution could be due to the smartphone maker's initiative to maximize the efficiency of the battery of the upcoming flagship device. But the leaker failed to disclose his source, and like any news, it is smart to treat this latest leak with a spoonful of salt.

Meanwhile, wccftech reports that the Huawei Mate 30 Pro is anticipated to have a 40 MP primary shooter, an 8 MP periscope-zoom lens, a Time of Flight sensor, and a 40 MP wide-angle sensor. The report also claims that the camera setup might also have an LED unit in the middle with the Leica brand on top. The upcoming flagship device will highly likely house Kirin 985 processor and will feature 128 GB of internal memory and 8 GB of RAM.

Huawei Mate 30 Pro is also expected to run on Android Q in addition to the company's own EMUI 10 interface. It is also anticipated to house a 4200 mAh battery pack. Interestingly, the upcoming flagship device is believed to have a 55W fast-charging support with accessories like reverse wireless charging. It is also worth noting that the Huawei Mate 30 Pro will have a 5G connectivity support.

The Huawei Mate 30 Pro is expected to be announced in the fourth quarter of this year along with the standard Huawei Mate 30, Huawei Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, and Huawei Mate 30 X.
