A lot is about to happen in Arrow Season 8 as fans are in for a treat on its final episodes. Stephen Amell, who plays Oliver Queen/Green Arrow, drops some major teasers about the show's last and final season that includes something about Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) and a new ally that will join his side.

Oliver will make sure that no one from his team will get killed, and he may get the help of this new guy to come to their aid. However, the identity of his latest partner remains to be a big mystery.

According to Cinemablend, it will never be Felicity as Oliver doesn't talk to her anymore. So, this someone may either have a connection with the Team Arrow or a former associate. Will it be Diggle, Black Canary, Black Siren, or Thea?

But despite the beliefs that this mysterious character will help them not get killed, it may even lead to their death in Arrow Season 8. He is still unsure of its abilities or incapable of fighting the dangerous battle they have to face. The Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) may even tell him to handle the coming dilemma alone to prevent further casualties.

It is also unlikely it will be Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), although the 52-year-old star is set to return to the final season to reprise his role. If Oliver tries to talk to him about his plans, he may only get a sarcastic response. It may not even worry Oliver to see Malcolm die again.

Meanwhile, despite Rickards' exit, Amell revealed the memory of Felicity would be "ever-present" in Oliver's mind throughout. In an interview, via We Got This Covered, the 38-year-old lead star said he would make sure Felicity's presence would still be felt in Arrow Season 8.

He even contributed an unscripted moment in the coming Season 2 that would see him speak to Felicity and their two children; William Clayton (Ben Lewis) and Mia Smoak (Katherine McNamara). "She is ever-present in Oliver's mind," Amell revealed.

Amell went on to say Oliver couldn't wear his wedding ring on the show's premiere episode for a particular reason. However, he would be seen wearing the band again on the second episode. The actor revealed this scene wasn't part of the script, but he talked to director Antonio Negret to create a special moment where Oliver would put his ring back and think about it.

Although Rickards is now gone on the show, Felicity, William, and Mia will always be present in Oliver's mind. Arrow Season 8 is set to be out on Sunday, Oct. 15, on The CW.
