It remains to be seen what will happen in the next episode of Suits, as USA Network has yet to reveal Episode 8's official synopsis or even its title. However, fans strongly believe it will continue the events of Episode 7, titled "Scenic Route."
In the previous episode, Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Samantha (Katherine Heigl) went on a trip together. Louis (Rick Hoffman) was also seen busy attending to a possible in-future client.
The show is only left with three episodes to feature, including Suits Season 9 Episode 8, before it officially comes to an end. As the production has already wrapped up, the cast has now bid their goodbye to the show that ran for nine years.
The cast members expressed their feelings on their respective social media pages. They also paid tribute to the series as it is about to welcome its conclusion. Gabriel Macht, who plays Harvey Specter, honored his wife, Jacinda Barrett, in his post.
Macht revealed his Suits journey began with the "most important person" in his life by his side. He mentioned the challenges they went through when he was doing the show, from being miles apart to the months they had been separated.
"I count my blessings you sticking with me through to the bittersweet end of this era," he said. Aside from being grateful for Barrett, he also thanked the show's crew, ensemble, and fans.
Hoffman also shared a simple post, saying a "new chapter begins" with a photo of a window overlooking the sun. Sarah Rafferty (Donna Paulsen) had been sharing on-set images for a week that included pictures with Hoffman, her hairstylist, and more.
Fans will never get to see Suits Season 9 Episode 8 if USA Network doesn't renew the show in January. It will be the last and final 10-episode run that will tie all the loose ends to give it a proper conclusion.
The series began in 2011 with Harvey, hiring a brilliant college dropout Mike (Patrick J. Adams), who fell in love with the paralegal Rachel (Meghan Markle). However, Adams and Markle left the show, but the former returned to once again reprise his role for the last time.
In an interview with TVLine, Adams said being a part of this series is such a gift that he couldn't imagine not being there when it ends. Suits Season 9 Episode 8 is set to be out on Thursday, Sept. 12, on USA Network.
